Ida Hanno is a visual artist and energy facilitator from Germany, living and creating between Zurich, Switzerland and Ericeira, Portugal.

She is the founder of studio a maré, inspired by her deep love for the ocean and its timeless rhythms.

Ida’s multidisciplinary practice unfolds through abstract painting, ceramics, jewelry, sound experiences, and Reiki treatments – each serving as a vessel for channeling and transmitting energy. Nature, the sea, and their subtle vibrations are at the heart of her work, with materials like sand, clay, water, and shells shaping pieces that reflect presence, connection, and the beauty of the natural world.

Her passion for creating art emerged from her life by the sea. Having spent the past five years in Portugal, she has been deeply shaped by the oceans energy, landscape, light and rhythms, which continue to influence her artistic expression.

In the past years, she discovered sound healing and reiki - a calling that felt deeply destined. With this, a full circle revealed itself in her artistic path, where everything is energy. Creating soundscapes and offering reiki treatments further enrich her art practice, creating sensory experiences that feel both intentional and deeply intuitive.
