This collection captures the powerful energy of winter by the sea — a season of contrasts, where movement and stillness coexist. In Ericeira, winter holds its own kind of magic. The village quiets down, the rhythm slows, yet the ocean becomes alive — fierce, unpredictable, full of spirit.

It is a time of opposites: one day the sea rests in calm gentleness, the next it roars with wild intensity. Both energies intertwine, just as the colors and textures merge in my paintings — echoing the raw beauty and quiet strength of this season.
